Seniors Appreciate for your immediate advice regarding WES ECA

Hello Seniors,


When sending my university sealed envelopes to WES for ECA i included 1 extra small envelope along with the university envelops with payment details to WES.

I accept i have included one extra envelope (Extra work) what you say guys can it creates the problem can they refused to process my ECA. I followed all the required procedure but by mistake did (Extra work) actually i received the email from WES says that we received your payment successfully so i thought i should include this email with my envelopes.

Please give me your valuable assist in this ?

I know i cant do anything now because FedEx shipment is already in process. But i just need your valuable logical thinking with the same.

If you didn't play with the sealed envelops obtained from University and just attached WES payment receipt external to it, then it shouldn't be a problem.

I never played with the university sealed envelopes i just included 1 extra small envelope contains the payment confirmation email copy from WES.

Please consider the following procedure which i did and performed by universities on my request. Please correct me is it the correct process which i followed or not. I did Bachelors and Masters from 2 different universities.

1st University Envelope:

1) Copies of Attested (Controller of Examinations) Bachelor Degree Certificate, + Provisional - 2 Documents.
2) Copies of Attested (Controller of Examinations) all Semesters Marksheets - 8 Marksheets for B.Tech 4 Years.
3) International Transcript Form Signed and filled (me and university official) - 1 Original (but no transcript attached).

2nd University Envelope:

1) Copies of Attested (Controller of Examinations) Master's Degree Certificate + Provisional - 2 Documents.
2) Copies of Attested (Controller of Examinations) all Semesters Marksheets - 4 Marksheets for MBA 2 Years.
3) International Transcript Form Signed and filled (me and university official) - 1 Original (but no transcript attached).

3rd My Envelope (Completely different from the university envelopes):

1) Contains all the photocopies of the qualifications.

4Th My Small Envelope (Completely different from the university envelopes):

1) Contains Payment confirmation email copy.

I got both the envelopes with stamp and signed by the controller of the Examinations on the flap with transparent tape on it.

Its not at all a problem..........If you are sure of not playing with your university sealed covers.......

be relaxed.....

Dear Sir,

I would like to apply for credential evaluation for higher secondary i.e. for Bachelor Degree to WES.

As per WES guidelines I had submitted transcript request form to my university for filling up necessary details and signing. My university have verified my all marksheets & degree certificates photocopies.But please note that they had refused to fill details in transcript request form, however they have issued one letter of Academic Record Verified by Controller of Examination which indicates that I have completed my degree from this university. My question is, Can WES will accept this letter?

Secondly my university have also refused to sign on sealed envelope, however they are ready to provide university stamp on sealed envelope. My question is, Can WES will accept this envelope for necessary evaluation?


Please note that for both above problem, I have tried my best to convince my university to provide me transcript request form and seal the envelope with sign but university have refused for the same.

Please guide me friends in this matter...
