hi,
I am new to the forum and want some help please.The Person who notary my document has changed his office and phone number and also lost record of my old documents do cic contact the no. to check authenticity of notary.Should I send them a letter explaining the situation and new no. I submitted documents about a week ago.Thanks in advance

As long as the documents you submitted are genuine and you have its originals, need not worry about the notary. They will never contact the notary, you are responsible for your documents and not notary.
No need to send any letter to visa office.
