Nope, still waiting for biometrics. Embassy is open but VAC is closed.

As far as I know only student and working permits submitted online are being processed. Also, PR applications are processed. Processing of paper applications for student, work and visitor visas are halted.

Paper applications are being processed. Have seen several persons on previous posts receiving AIP

But in PH, candemb fb and twitter page it says so. What country are you? Im seeing in other countries that they are processing paper based.

2. 2 June : Biometrics completed
3. Full application
4. Eligibility review started

UPDATE 13 August : Received AIP

IRCC has very vague processing
They have started reviewing files post 14th June and our's is stuck
