If you pay your 1 year tuition fees, get GIC by the May end and apply for sds visa in june you will be good to go you will get visa on time.
SDS timing is 3 weeks for now after you submit your biometrics.

Your cgpa is good. I assume in your IELTS, no band is lesser than 6. But, still that's the minimum requirement all over. It also depends on the competition and how many students applied in that particular course.

There should be something in your offer letter relating to confirming your seat by paying some amount. Also, they would have mentioned some non-refundable amount in case the student wants to cancel his admission.

I have applied for 2 years pg diploma in financial planning in Humber and Seneca for September 2019 intake. I applied it last week. Am I too late to apply and for the rest of the process?. Since these colleges would take at least 6 to 8 weeks for LOA.

And yes Seneca usually Responds to applications according to how long the visa takes in that country

waited for around 20 days..

Yes, I applied for 2 years diploma. I live in Norway now. I applied for visa in November 2018 and Biometric in December 2018 but it is unfortunate that there is no updates so far. it is strange....
