Seneca College Skills Assessment Test?

I have the offer of admission from Seneca College and then came to know that I have to take the skills assessment test before the start of my first semester and then they will give me the schedule of the classes. I don't even have my study visa yet and on the website it is written that I have to take the skills assessment test in the three weeks of the offer of admission and I will not be able to get the visa in atleast 2 months according to the time CIC takes to process applications from Pakistan. I want to know what is the exact procedure for skills assessment test for international students. the website is quite confusing. According to the website I am enrolled in the Biotechnology Advance Diploma (3 Years) and I have to take English and Technical Mathematics on skills assessment test.
Any advice and suggestion will be appreciated.

You can email the college about it. At least you will be having some evidence that you tried contacting them. They answer in time. Hope this helps
