hey Guys...

i am thinking to Apply For Seneca College,Ontario for A 3-year Diploma Program in Computer systems Technology...the admission Requirements are 12th grade. but the problem is i have very Less percentage in 12th grade(intermediate), i have also done my b.Tech and i have been working for 4 years..it's like have completed my 12th 10 years back...

* on what basis should i apply on my b.tech or 12 grade for admission in college, if i apply on 12th basis there is less chance i will get admission because of my percentage...

* there will be a problem getting visa or admission like applying for diploma on b.tech basis...

* they are asking for certified copies means attested xerox copies of educational documents...or just xerox copies...originals not needed i think

* if anyone have a sample Nice SOP on computer or networking please give me....

waiting for ur replies...thanx in advance...any suggestion appreciated....

Mithun the deal is whatever you do you need to go in for a higher qualification. You mentioned you did your B TECH so if you do a lower diploma your visa rejection chances are high..I mean why would a person who finished his B TECH do a lower diploma..you get my drift?

So what you can do is apply for some masters program so it looks genuine...All masters program are one year but once your visa is granted you can always chance to a 2 year program on reaching canada.

You cannot go with your 12th mark-sheet not because your marks are low ( frankly the visa office is not too concerned about your marks its the college that is interested in marks) but because if you apply with your 12th and apply for a 3 year bachelors program the consular will ask why do you want to do your bachelors again...then if you tell them you did not do your B TECH and started working after 12th then you need compensate that with the 3 year gap and show them what/where you were working for those 3 years while you were doing your B TECH...so this is not an option.

The best option for you is apply for a higher masters..could be a one year program and then once you get your visa do the switch to a 2 year diploma.
