Hi ULYA..!

I think, you are just applying for a Temporary Resident Visa To Visit Canada..

Tell me, did they advise you to fill-up IMM 1295 (Application for a Work Permit Made Otside Canada)..?

If not, you probably are just in a TRV application with "to visit" purpose only and not "to work"..

May employer ka na ba dun..? Did they applied for an LMO from Service Canada..? If they did, Did they send you a positive LMO copy..?

Im not 100% sure about this.. but i have a strong feeling..

here are the list of my forms..

IMM 5488 Document Checklist
IMM 1295 Application for Work permit made outside canada
IMM 5645 - Family Info
IMM 5409 declaration of common law
IMM 5257 Application for Temp Resident visa made outside canada

Wala na po yung PERSONAL INFO and wala na din proof of funds.

I have employer im a direct hire in a food industry... I also have LMO# and copy with me.
