What is the preferred method of sending inland applications (Canada Post)?

Did you just drop the little envelope with the photos inside the big envelope?

I would attach the photos to sheet of paper so they don't go "missing".

Your call re: postage, but I know for certain that I would use a proper courier company (FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.). If you do, remember, there is a different delivery address to use. Gets there, gets there quicker, track every inch of the way, and it will be signed for - so you have proof of delivery.....

With Canada Post Registered Mail you get proof of delivery.

I used Xpress Canada Post and had no problem!! It got there within 3 days (Station B - I remember). If I were you I would print the photos on A4 paper (maybe 4 photos per sheet/page - no back and front). If this way it's easy for the to scan!!

I used Canada Post and sent via Priority, which is the fastest delivery option (overnight). This comes with tracking/signature confirmation. It was delivered in 1 day. Plus, it was only about $25 or so. I think Canada Post is the more cost-effective route... lord knows we already spend enough to go through this process!
