Sending same application adding missing physical presence form

Hi all

I have received my incomplete application.

Should I send it back same by adding missing physical presence form?
They have stamped my application as received on aug 3 would be all right sending same form with stamp on it?

All replies would be be greatly appreciated.

Hi dudegujrat,
It is recommended that you send the same application which has been reviewed by officer with the missing document: signed/dated physical presence document.
I would also include new document checklist and check mark all documents that are included.
It would never hurt to include brief letter saying you thank officer for letting you know regarding the missing document and that you have included the document as advised along with completed document checklist.
I hope you have enough physical presence days to buffer the minimum requirement.
