Sending passports to CPC-Ottawa from US

Hi

I have recently received passport request from New Delhi VO. I am not able to send passport to New Delhi VO since I am in United States at the moment.

Passport request from New Delhi VO states that passports can be sent to CPC-Ottawa by post if all the applicants are already in Canada. Can I send passports by courier to CPC-Ottawa from US? Otherwise is it possible to get an extension on the timeline to submit passport?

Would appreciate any help.

Hi,

From many previous posts, I noticed that people sent their passports to cpc Ottawa from US.
Just inform VO at New Delhi about ur situation prior to sending ur passports anywhere. I believe there should not be any issue with that.

Thank you that helps. Any idea if FedEx accepts Indian passports and to what address will CPC-Ottawa return the passports? I hope not at my address back in India? I have heard that they return it at address that's on file.

Usually the return to the addresses which u have them at the time of filing ur case (labels).
Still it's better to clarify all ur doubts from New Delhi visa office to get proper guidance. Write them an email and they will definitely assess ur situation and reply u.
