Hello,
As I read from others experiences, its taking approximately 2 months for getting back the passport with the maple stamp after its sent. I was wondering if there is anyway to get the passport back in case of emergency and need to travel. I am currently in USA and if I have to travel back to my home country (due to emergency), how can I get the passport back? What are my options? Also is there any other way to get the stamping done on the passport, like going in person to Canadian Visa office?
Thanks in advance for your responses.

1. U can 'personally' get it stamped [though not in all CHCs].
2. That'll be mentioned in your PPR letter.

DANGER: Once u deposited your pps, NEVER ask to get it earlier, they'd send it back 'unstamped'.

Does anyone know if Los Angeles Visa office accept in person stamping?
