I live in Florida (Indian citizen) and had applied for a Canada visitor visa online on CIC on Jun 12, 2015. Today I got an email from CIC saying I am supposed to send my passport to the location as per the link mentioned.
Since I live in Florida, USA I have two options, Los Angeles VAC or New York VAC. I was wondering if there is any specific jurisdiction for these VACs that includes only particular states. Or can I send my passport to either one. I have heard that LA is a little faster than NY so I was thinking of sending mine to LA.
Second question, when I go to their fee details it initially says, passport delivery/e-application fee $31.19 whereas later on it says VAC service charge $37.72. Please confirm which one I should pay.
