Sending passport to Islamabad, Pakistan

hi All

can anyone tell me how can i send my wife's passport to Islamabad. the letter says that we have to use VFS global to send the passport but they have offices in karachi, lahore and in islamabad. however, my wife is in Lahore these days. how can she send the passport from multan?
i have been trying to call VFS global @ +92-51-8439344 but no connection.

She should use VFS office in Lahore to send her passport to CHC. Office is situated near ganga ram hospital(King edward medical college).
