Sending passport to CPC Ottawa

Hi guys, i am in a desperate need for help. I received my PPR today. I have applied from USA but moved back to India in May. I have informed CIC and updated my address accordingly. But in the PPR mail it says to submit my passport to Ottawa instead of Delhi.
Please guide as I have 2 options now:
1. I have my sister in US . I can send my passport to her and she can send the passport to ottawa.
2. Raising a webform asking them to change my visa office to India. But this usually takes long time. 1-2 weeks.

Any. Updates on ur passport. ? Where did u submit it ?

requested them to change my VO to delhi. Submitted at ndvo

Did u wait after asking to change VO. Or just submitted with the email. We got email from delhi VO that we can submit the passport at cpc ottawa and we sent it to ottawa.
