Sending Passport outside Pakistan - Need help !

Thank you for reading. I am the principal applicant, residing inside Canada but my wife lives in Pakistan. I am expecting passport request in which it's mentioned that you should submit passport together. As you may know, mailing passport or handing it over to someone passport to take it outside country is illegal. I have tried few things but none of this worked.

1) Asked DHL, TCS, Fedex.. all said they can't mail it
2) Spoke to passport guys, they said even it's illegal to hand over to someone with affidavit/letter of authorization


Can someone pls help me in this regard ? Please don't guess and share any previous experience.

Well...send your wife to Dubai (or any country where you don't require visa and has friends/relatives) and she can legally courier her passport to Canada..She can stay there with your friends/relatives until she receives her passport back.

Travel to Pakistan to collect the passport.
