Sending Paper application to Vienna Embassy

Hi all,

Im new on the forum.

I am applying under Live-in Caregiver Program to Vienna Embassy. I have ready application to be sent.
I will be sending paper application via mail, not online.

As Im reading Vienna Embassy website, it says I can not send via regular mail. It says the following:

"If you use private courier, you must make arrangements for a pre-paid airway bill indicating your name and your customer number.
For temporary resident applications (visitors, students, temporary workers), please provide the pre-paid airway bill with your application. Once the processing of your application has been completed, we will contact you so you can organize the pick up of your documents with the private courier company.
Please note that the embassy does not cover courier services for applicants."

Does that mean I have to use courier such as DHL or UPS?
Does it also mean I have to pay upfront for returning of the application to me and attach copy of the receipt to the application?

Please can somebody clarify this for me.

1. Well it say you can't use regular mail, but they don't care which courier service you use.
2. You take the package to the courier or have them pick it up, you also buy a return courier package from them.
3. Vienna will tell you when your package is ready, probably by email, you contact the courier and tell them to pick it up in Vienna.
