sending money to canada for proof of funds

hi,
I live in canada and my parents back in india are sending me money for proof of funds requirement. Can I use Wise or should they do an international bank transfer? or should I open a NRI accounts and show it as proof of funds or just a gift deed will suffice ?

I think you should do an international money transfer along with the gift deed. That would back up the money in your account as it wouldn’t have a 6mths average showing you’ve always had the money.
