Sending Medical Results - Deadline?

Hello,

We just received the medicals request (we got it first week of June, but the idiot of a lawyer just sent it to us!)

We are getting the medicals done in last week of July, within the 60 day deadline (it expires first week in Aug.), but the DMO's office said it will take 7-10 days for them to actually send it. So, our 60 day deadline will be over before they actually send it to the VO in Buffalo.

Now we are worried... do the results have to be sent before the 60 day deadline? Or do you just have to get the medicals done within the 60 days?!

Tell your DMO to send your medical overnight because your deadline is over and you will bear all the expenses whatever it would be.

Besides, even if your medical is received late by CIC, it will not affect your process, it's just will take longer time then normal.

Thanks Canadp! We'll check that option out!

I asked them when was the earliest they can send it, they said it takes them at least 7-10 days for all test results to come back from the labs etc (and its awfully close to our deadline with that). That is why the delay.

Dear,

Some work cannot be done by rules and in timely manner, just visit them and make them aware of the situation and ask that please make it as early as possible and you will feel highly obliged ( If they do fast then of course you would be ..Correct ?) . Tell them that everything is in your hand and control. Tell them to please do it as best as you can. Your kind word definitely work out. if not in 7-10 days then may be in 5-6 days.
