Sending lc2 info before getting the lc2 application form kits

Kyzel29 this is a copy of email from the CEM to a live in caregiver here,she posted this to the live in caregiver facebook page,i hope its ok to post this,i just want you and everybody know how they process the lc2 i hope we will all recieve the immigration forms soon good luck to all of us

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in reply to your below email.

As of December 1, 2011, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) no longer prints and distributes application forms and instruction guides (kits) to clients, with some limited exceptions. For more information on this operational change and a list of the exceptions, please consult our website at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2011/ob352.asp.

As part of this operational change, Manila has started to contact by phone overseas family relatives of the permanent resident applicant under the Live-in Caregiver Program in Canada. We ask overseas family relatives to send us an email at manila-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca through their own email account and to include the following:
1. Subject line :“LC2 Immigration Forms Request”
2. The full name as it appears in their passports of ALL family members of the in-Canada applicant who reside in the Philippines.
3. The mailing address of the family members in the Philippines
4. The mailing address of the in-Canada applicant in Canada.
5. The full name and mailing address of the children's guardian, if applicable.

You have 15 (fifteen) calendar days to send this email. We will reply to this email with further instructions within 60 (sixty) days of its reception.

ATTENTION: At no time should you send us your completed applications by email as they will neither be printed nor taken into consideration in the review of your application. The attachments will be deleted and only applications received through the mail will be assessed.

If you have further questions, you can find more information on our website at www.manila.gc.ca under “Our Office - Contact Us”.

Kyzel29 maybe you should follow up your case by emailing them,baka na delay yung email mo sa kanila,sabi sa post na within 60 days ang respond kapag napadala ang email,try mo na lang mag email sa kanila gamit yung email address na binigay sa kanila,baka next week ako mag follow up kapag wala pa din

May 18 2012, immigration send a letter to my wife asking for NBI again and another update form with a form that she must download at CIC website and must be fill up within 30 days. ;D

Poknat congrats can i please ask what forms did the CEM told your dependants to download?my family hasn't recieve the lc2 kit yet and i have a feeling they are gonna send it through email and we will just download it thanks

@poknat salamat sayo pre god bless sa application mo malapit ka na din @kyzel29 nagtry ka na bang mag follow up sa embassy?nag follow up na ako kahapon pero puro message failure ang lumalabas dapat pag nag email ka sa kanila at narecieve nila may acknowledgement message kang marerecieve na natanggap nga nila,ginamit ko yung manila-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca,ano balita sa application nyo?

hi guys any updates on your lc2 kit? 2012 applicant ako pero just like everybody else, gusto ko rin sana na maiprepare na lahat ang documents para kung time na para ipass ang kit ay nkaready na.may link ba kung saan idadownload yung kit? thanks guys

nagemail po sa akin ang CEM ngaun lng may nilagay mo clang link para idownload ung kit....

My dependant also received call from immigrtion in manila asking for his number,address. They gave him email address where he will send the info,it was like march or april when he received the call but until now havent heard from the immigration..so dissapointing

hi po..nung march 20 po may tumawag skn ang cem...ngaung july 14 lng po cla nag email ulit skn...ang email po nla skn ay ung mga forms na ifill up nmin at ippdla din tru email...

Kyzel29,natanggap na din ng asawa ko yung lc2 kit thru email and i think isesend nya ito thru regular mail nakalagay sa bottom ng page kung saan mo ipadadala yung may level 6 RCBC
