Sending Intermediate documents to WES through BISE

Dear Friends,
Anyone who has sent his Intermediate or Metric certificates to WES through BISE, Kindly send me a PM.
This time, WES has demanded Intermediate documet photocopy to be sent by BISE after attestation by BISE.
I called BISE lahore and they told me they cant fill that WES form and send those documents to WES.BISE can attest them and they can handover to us only.
If anyone have been through this process and know it, kindly pm me.

Hello. I just want to confirm i get attested my matric and intermediate from IBCC.

Should i seal it from IBCC or i should take this attested copies to BISE faisalabad. They will make sealed envelop for WES.

Or BISE will provide me varified copies and sealed envelop. Because when i fill form i mention that i need it for WES. And they give me one envelop to give to IBCC

Please guide me. Its very important for me.
