:) Sending in Additional Information

So i want to send in additional information with respect to my continuing relationship with my hubby and i wanna know how to organise it.

So is it that you list the additional information on a sheet of paper with the photos etc? or you refer back to your original application where you may have stated that you were going to do x,y,z and then point out that you did in fact do x,y, z?

how to organise? what to say in the letter? I want to do it in such a way its not confusing to the VO officer and they can insert it easily into my application.

what do you think? how do people insert additional information..what did you do?

I would write a letter stating that you wish to update your application..tell them what you have been doing between the time you sent your application until now..make sure your File number is on it, full name, date of birth etc..Next I would add a contents sheet with a list of all the documents you are including...with your file number, full name and date of birth on each document and the contents sheet.
