Sending Email after Ceremony

Hello all,

I have already completed the ceremony and I have to send the OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF CITIZENSHIP form to the email they told us to send it to. The email on the document is (this is directly copy and pasted) "Generic_EmailAccount@cic.gc.ca ". However, the email bounces. I've tried other iterations such as without the underscore or putting an additional underscore between email and account. Anyone have any advice?

For me its citizenship ceremonies..@cic.gc.ca. Is this the one bouncing?
What the error? Is it saying email account not found?

No point in sending again to random email with guessing the email account. Dont send your personal information to some id. May be recheck the exact letters or copy paste from the pdf invite.

It looks like they forgot to update the email address in your document, you can’t expect such an address to work. Email the address that sent you the oath or test invitation.
