I have my wes account created and documents sent to WES. The status is on hold as ‘We are waiting for your institution(s) to verify your documents.’ for my JNTU Hyderabad MBA statement of marks and Provisional Certificate. I also received a mail from WES saying that ‘
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad requires a fee in order to verify the authenticity of your credentials. Please send your payment directly to the institution. Do not send payment to WES. It will be returned to you.
Your evaluation will be on hold until WES receives a written response from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. To check the status of your evaluation please login to My Account at https://applications.wes.org/createaccount/login/login/

Please help how to proceed further
You need to go to your university, tell them about the notification, pay the verification fees and wait.

Hello everyone, my transcripts and AR form is now ready. I have been given two envelopes. One for me. M. Pharmacy transcripts and other for B. Pharmacy transcripts. Now my doubt are
1. Do I need to write the reference number on each transcript or just on their envelopes?
2. Do I need to enclose both the A4 sized envelope in a larger envelope and post it?
Thanks in advance
1. The reference number should be written on the envelope. You have no authority to write anything on the transcript. University officials could had mentioned the reference number on the transcripts, but you cannot. But, do mention it on the envelope.
2. Totally on you, since they are already A4 sized envelopes, better to send them separately instead of putting them in a larger envelope.

I have also recently applied, about a month back and did the same way as explained above.
My documents have been received by WES and have been accepted.

no need of ARR form at any stage, do not waste time looking to what to do with ARR.
Hello ExpressMan,

Thank you for clarifying this process according to the New WES rules. I just asked my friend(on behalf of me) to follow the process indicated in Post #71 ( or #72 ). He picked up the transcripts, got the CN23 attested by registrar. (There has been a lot of confusion with the ARR form and it seems the students over there who are collecting the transcripts are continuing to do the same. )

My Question( it might sound silly): I have everything mentioned in the steps The transcript envelope is attested at the back flap On the front side of the envelope there is a To ( where you would write the WES address with reference #) Should I write it with free hand or just stick a mail label that WES provides after we register with them. Which would make it sound coming from the university better.

Thank you for all your help. Have a great day!

The JNTU guys asked me to come back in a week and pay a Challan of ₹500 for verification and authentication of the transcripts
Hi @ViswanadhD12, WES sent my wife's transcripts for re-verification to JNTU-H as well. Thanks for updating the thread with the university's reply. Can you please tell me whether they will send the reply through the email or through the post. Thanks in advance.

Hello Everybody,

I have my transcripts and Provisional certificate. Do we also need to send our final degree certificate? Is the Provisional certificate not enough?

1. Like I said previously, ARR is an optional form and it is needed mostly for universities in UK and USA who usually have an electronic format to send the transcripts. In India, there is absolutely no need for ARR and I have personally reached out to WES on this issue and they said its only an optional form and not necessarily needed.

If everyone else is trying to fill up the ARR form, then it must be possible because of 'Sheep Mentality' syndrome. I am an example. I did not send an ARR yet my application has been received, accepted and WES completed

2 You Don't need to make anything appear to be legit. The only way WES can confirm that the documents were sent by University is by looking at the 'FROM' address. Posting from the same pincode or same area is a myth and holds no truth. Either you write by hand or what ever, as long as 'FROM' address is JNTU-H, You should have no issues.

Hi All,

I had to update my first name, which was incorrect in cmm, pc and marks memos. Now when I completed this process JNTU took my original PC and said all the others i.e., cmm and mm would be posted, however PC would be retained. Now will they issue the transcripts and pc again for wes? And if so, would the name be updated in PC as I did not receive that.

Hello Zuber,

I am facing the same issue, i corrected my name, they took my PC and did not return it. What should i do now? Did you find a way out for it?

Before following the below steps you need to ask someone(friend/family) from Hyd-India to get the WES-ARR form filled with your details and you need attestation of ARR form from your college principal.
1. Get your transcripts
2. In jntu post office...you’ll get a form(CN23 form) on which you will be writing the from and to address. Get it attested with the registrar stamp (you can get it done if you go to counter 3) Submit with ARR form(goes inside envelope).
3.paste CN23 on the envelope
4. Write your WES reference number on the transcripts envelope
5. Go back to post office and send it (go before 1:30 PM to send your post)
6. It’ll take a week to reach WES.
Hi I live in USA at present and I ordered my transcripts online through post at my residence in Hyderabad. I got my transcripts along with an envelope which had from address and registrar signature and stamp on it. Can anyone post this by writing To address I.e WES on behalf of me? Or should they visit JNTU and get CN23 form attested and send it from jntu post office? Please reply.

If you have created an account with WES, you will get an idea already about this. First, create an account and fill out the profile and things you need ECA for i.e. B.Tech from JNTU and MBA from OU, and you will be given cost structure.
However, WES charges CAD$200 whether you are evaluating only B.tech or MBA or both.

To send, I believe you need to send it individually from JNTU-h and Osmania. I don't know the procedure of Osmania University so, I can't guide you on this part.
