sending documents to London, uk ( how long )

Hi I sent my husband's police certificate to London , Uk office as they said to send any additional documents in the mail .

My question is that how long does it take to get delievered o sent it on March 13 and it is march 24 today
It has been more than 10 days but the registered mail site shows " in transit " still ... when willl it reach ??

Hi there, are you in the UK yourself? If so that should of def. arrived to London by now. I would def. advise you call them and get them to run a trace for the certificate. Also if it indeed is missing, acquire for a refund on the shipping speed service as they didn't deliver as promised.

Check with you postal company for the estimated delivery times. Once it's delivered, you can check with the recipient in London, United Kingdom.
