sending citizenship application twice

All,

I mailed my citizenship application a few days ago and realized I missed something - If i wait for them to reject it, it may take 5 weeks to receive it back which could get us into the new citizenship law.


What happens if I send a new citizenship application with missing paper immediately? does anyone of you have experience with this scenario? what if i send it and
 
Do it. I had the same problem, once I realized I missed something I sent another one. Now, I am waiting for the Oath.
 
thanks alot - was your first application ultimately rejected because of the missing documents? will it be an issue if they accept the first and then receive the second?

did sending it twice impact your citizenship application processing? (like triggering a RQ, etc).

I did not get RQ. My processing time, I think is ok. I sent the two applications the first week of September. I write the test on May the 14th.

I was acknowleged for one application, although at the time of the interview I think they had both applications.

They never told me that my first application was rejected.

Hello .. i have thae same problem.. i sent my application on may-31-2015 after theat i realized i forgot to put my son school report cards even i have proof for the same period from the daycare that he is till present enrolled. so i have the cover for all the period they are requesting. i am thinking about sending second application with new calculation as the agent told me but with the old receipt. and i forgot to put N/A on two blank spaces ( change the name + different mailing address). and i am working and never travelled in 3 years

I left also the mailing address blank, do you think it can make the application send back ? In my case, mailing address is the same as home address. Anyone has left this section blank and the application was accepted ?
 
I spoke with a CIC agent yesterday and was told not to send another one. I just spoke to another CIC agent today (in fact, I just hung up and immediately started typing this) and I was told that, if I were to send another one, I have to first withdraw the first application.
 
Oh my god each agent is saying something different. He told me it will not affect me to send new one wth the old reciept. If the first one will be accepted so when they scan the reciet of the second one they will return it back to me and if the first one rejected wait untill they accept the second one. Is not itvstrange !!!

It's very confusing.
 
Guys - any more clue? should we send the second application or not? we can not wait for the first to be rejected or withdrawn as we will miss the June 10th deadline -

so should we send the second applicaton anyway? use same payment receipt??? same online calculator and same date of signature?

PLEASE share quickly
