My husband in Philippines send his passport last april 25, 2014 but until now we haven't receive it yet. Until how many months does the manila immigration need to hold my husband passport? I'm so worried because some are saying it doesn't take long to send back the passport with visa.

CEM also received my son's passport the same day. April 25. My wife's passport reached the Singapore visa office on 12 March, and she got it back (along with visa and COPR) a little over 2 months later on 16 May. So your husband should get back his pretty sooncharmainefrances said:

When you sent your Passport to CEM, did you also include a self addressed stamped envelope so that they can return your passport to you? Or did they just use their own courier service for the return?
