Sending application, but not including the "Use of representative form"

Hi,

I have a very small doubt.
The cic website says that you need to fill the "Use of representative form" (if applicable)
Since I am not hiring any representative, would it be okay if I dont send this form along ?

if you are not using a representative then you shouldn't send it (i.e. 'if applicable')

Hello,

I have send my form without any representative form as clearly i didnt needed one,they have also mentioned in the instructions guide that fill the representative form ONLY if you hire one.

and the problm is that they have send my application back to me indicating that u didnt attach a represntative form,?????????????

one thing is for sure these people are in a pressure to process the applications quickly and are making hasty decisions.

That's strange... Did Sydney do this? Did you mention anywhere about the use of a representative?
