With the AOR on 28 March, I received email from CIC for additional information (related to PCC) to which I responded on the very same day. After couple of days the tracker got updated with the message “We received the additional information” but with the date showing as 27 March (before AOR). Also, the notification on the tracker “We need additional information “ still remains with Background check in progress. Now I even completed my citizenship test and the result is also updated/completed. Anyone with same issue or advise what could be the reason?
