I've been waiting for mi initial PR card almost 10 months (inland PR). I sent the application to Nova Scotia, and filled out documents following renewal instructions, rather than initial PR card. I just needed to send copy of my COPR and photos to the office in Montreal. I did everything wrong. I even paid $50 and I did not need to.
My application was linked and received, but has been as "summited" all this time. I've called million times and they always tell me to wait. Terrible customer service. I realized today my mistake, and decided to send the pics again to Montreal as I should have done in the first place.
Any similar experience with this? I'm mortified!
