I have sent my full docs to visa office one month back. Next steps will be to get the Medicals which in my opinion are about couple of months away

I can not comment on 4121 but generally I see people getting Visa in 6 months after sending full docs to Visa office in most of the Visa offices. Ofcourse some Visa office are faster than others

Are you or others can rule out site visit or Phone verifcation by CIC to your ex or current employers?
