Do we send the application by ordinary mail or Fedex? The application center for Nepal is the New Delhi CIC office.

You can send by either.

I would highly recommend using reputable courier (like FedEX or DHL) to send your docs. Don't take any chances of sending with local post. Risk of loss and lack of traceability will always be there no matter how efficient your local postal system is. Even sending with registered post is not recommended.
This is if you really value your Canadian immigration application. Imagine gathering all the documents again that you had prepared with so much effort!

It is strongly recommended to send it through courier as to avoid risk for any inconvinience. Though you can always send it through regular post...
