Send additional docs by email or post or both?

Received an email from CIC Ottawa yesterday. They have asked us to send some more documents to prove my sponsors intent to reside in Canada.

Should we send these docs on email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

or

should we send them in the post?

or

should we do both?

Just don't want to send this info to the email address if it isn't checked by anyone...anyone got any thoughts on this?

got the same email yesterday, sent the proof via email, the Ottawa office responded this morning saying they are confirming receipt. There is no need to send it via post. Send it via the email address you stated above with the UCI # and you should be good to go.

Thank you for your advice. I will send all additional documents to the email address and not by post. It's good to know that someone else got the email yesterday too. Nice to know I'm not alone!
