I know what I wrote and maybe I didn't select/use the right words to clearly express were i was heading to...??
This is the question that was asked.
My response wasn't in cordial to the moniker's question who has presented initially the dilemma of working on unscheduled breaks, I simply highlighted a phrase of the other moniker who commented before I came in..
This was your response.
My response to the question generalized the "if" and not directly to the moniker's "specific" case. So, I was focused on the bolded...If you are not on a scheduled break. You cannot work.
Yes I said "he" in terms of a "person" who has a valid study permit currently enrolled to a DLI and has "his" program going can work "even" when not on a "scheduled" break.Yes, he can work but not full time as he will be confined to a 20hrs of work per week
This was the highlight of the breakout response deviated slightly
That's why I bolded some phrases in your comments because "that" was the layoff point I was "trying" to paint out just like the phrase "they" you used to generalize your expression same I did with using "he" as a phrase to generalize tooIt doesn't matter if OP has a valid study permit and is still enrolled. OP is on an unsheduled break and therefore is NOT allowed to work. They "can" start working once they resume their studies in January.
...not trying to confuse anybody or the concerned moniker but still, apologies to everyone for not clearly referencing my point but I mean no harm either
