Self employment / Client letters

Hi All,

I am self employed since 2011-2012, my NOC matches closest to 0621 Retail and wholesale trade managers, wherein i was selling few commodities and industrial products. Please help me with the queries, thanks in advance,

1. I am planning to get about five major client letters with the details like invoice numbers, payment sent details (will attach my bank statement showing the payment received). Should i ask them to mention the approximate time spent by me on this letter? Will it suffice if the duties mentioned is close to NOC 0621?

2. I have Income tax return for all the years, along with balance sheet, but since most of the transactions involved tax free goods will it be an issue if sales transaction tax is not shown for all the periods.

3. Since it is single owner business, i do have Tax registration certificate, but not a certificate of incorporation. Will that be ok? Shall i give an auditor statement for this?
