I am confused with the 2nd Point... where it says :

  My question is, if Interpreters are one of them?

What are you an interpreter for? What do you translate / interpret?

Medical Interpreter, Government Agencies, Banks, Schools Meeting.

This doesn't meet the requirements of the Self Employed program. Your experience is not in cultural activities.

You'll need to look at other immigration programs like Express Entry.

To the best of my knowledge, you could only qualify as a translator under this program if you were participating in cultural activities. An example of this could be translating books. You may want to check with an immigration lawyer.

Yes, interpreter is qualified. But were u self employed?

It is actually not that strict. For example: all writers are qualified, not only the ones write about art.
all journalists are qualified, not only the sport reporters. It is more about the job they do not the content they produce.
