Self Employed Question for citizenship and PR renewal application?

I am done with the PR Renewal , now preparing to submit the citizenship application. I wrote down self employed in the PR Renewal application for the duration in which I have worked as an independant Financial Consultant, was wondering now, since the citizenship application includes an address section, compared to PR which just includes the city. I wrote self employed in the PR renewal application, mentioned my name as the name of the business. Concerning the citizenship application, Should I write down the client's name as the employer, while also including his business address and the occupation, as Financial Consultant ( self employed) ? or just write my name and the business number, while mentioning my home address

Occupation	Company / Employer	Address
Financial Consultant (Self Employed)	Client's Name	Client's business address

The alternative would be writing my name and the business number, but the address would be the same as my residential address ?
