I'm just trying to find out where I can download the "General Application Form" [IMM 0008], for filing + submitting an immigration application as a Self-Employed Person?
Bizarrely, the link to the form on the canada.ca website is bringing me to this: https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008enu_2d.pdf - yet, my Adobe viewer is far higher than V10.
For reference, this is the Self-Employed Persons page on the canada.ca site: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/application-permanent-residence-federal-self-employed-persons-quebec-selected-self-employed-persons.html
*EVEN* crazier: *none* of the other forms on the site are working either.
Has the programme been temporarily or permanently suspended? And if not, where can I go to download the forms I need? I can't find links anywhere else online except via the canada.ca site.
