Financial evaluation form ,
I have option c for last three years ( checklist asked only last three years noc or option c)
but for present 2017 year gross income
-do We need to submit proofs for self employed income proof ,
If yes then what kind of proof in case Self employed is non incorporated ?

it should before expenses or after expenses?
But total expenses usually would be considered at end of year at time of tax.

Pls suggest

You don't need income proof for this year, just the last 3 tax years (2014, 2015, 2016)

I am self employed as well, and have been for 19 years. I did option C for the years required, you do not have to submit for 2017 as Rob in TO said. If for some reason they ask for additional information, ask your accountant to write a letter stating estimated earnings for this year. But they shouldn't ask for it. If you have no accountant, no worries, just estimate based on previous years but only if they ask. The fact that you are not incorporated is helpful because all your Option C's are reporting your actual earnings. If you are incorporated, its a pain, believe me. What they want to see is YOUR income over the past few years to be sure you can support your parents when they come.
