self employed in Quebec , 120,000$

I own company with partner for 4 years, having legal certificate about that but the contract's name of the business is for my partner, Now I want to immegerate to quebec under self employed program , is it possible or I have to own it by myself only ? please Guide me , I have 12,000$, English and French and master Degree , what is the best chance for me ?

Quebec is not accepting self employment applications at this time. This immigration category is expected to reopen July 31, 2013

Thank you so much , i will not submit my application Now , I am studying some courses in French to be qualify but if the same requirments according to my experience , am i eligible as self employed? is there any open self employed with 100,000$ at any provience?

I don't know. You'll have to research the requirements for each province and find out. I know the minimum amount in Ontario is $3 million (this is for the investor stream - Ontario has no self-employed stream).

beware of scams. I learned one thing in my stay in Canada is that 100K is nothing in business ventures. renting a small shop or an office in the GTA costs at least $7000 or more per month. If it is too good to be true then it is a scam. I was shopping around and one small commercial to buy where I live 1 hour away from Toronto would cost me $750K. This guy you met might be pulling one on you. People ehre don't just trust any person they met with their business.

No , he hasn't any place , he just wants to make a company for importing and exporting , but firstly is it eligible for closed work permit to be a partner , is it consider work and according to it i can transfer my current work permit to it and starting full time work for immegeration?

Interested in knowing the processing time once CSQ have been received and the federal application have been forwarded to a visa office abroad.

looking at processing time tables provided by CIC, it is only Paris office which have provided average processing time and the rest have no information with following explanation
