Hi..
I'm facing some problem with the employment documents. I'm a practicing CA and have my own CA firm. Can anyone please help me that what all documents do i need to provide to show the same.

Have you seen this already?

If the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income, and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).

2. Registration of CA firm with ICAI.
3. Partnership deed.
4. Salary to partner pay slips.
5. PAN of the Partnership firm.
6. Clients references.

Hello Nishtha,

From the link, Asivad shared, it clearly states that:

"if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income, and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience)."

Regarding Income Tax, i think it would be wise to include it. For Self employed, you need to provide everything that supports your case.
