CSCEC.IRCC@cic.gc.ca Use this mail address. Indicate all your details if u hv temporary file number, pls QUOTE it. This will take up to a month to get you a response. But will help u to know if actually your application is in good hands. Goodluck
Yes for sure. But I have not heard from them for 15 months, just the temporary file number.
