processing time now is 35 months

I can not believe it has changed so much, started on 24 months a year ago and has increased with 11 months in 10 month period.

My guess is that as long as this application class is not on their priority for processing, it's not gonna make any difference...

It’s okay. And the pdf issue is so common its on IRCC’s faq: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=140&top=18
