Thank you for the link I have scheduled a consultation with them.
For the interview @jaxopa it wasn't even clear, she called me asking in French and since I don't speak French well I asked if I can communicate in English (may be she didn't like that or she didn't understand my English well). She asked what do you mean by publisher with AdSense since I have eared about 60k€ with Google and sent proof, I start explaining that with Google you can either be an advetiser or a publisher, and for us published we use our websites and apps to put the advertisers ads and Google just work as a middleman. From her reaction I believe she didn't understand what I was explaining. And she just assume I'm not a self-employed even that all the documents in my application clearly shows that I have made a lot of money in the past years working for myself.

Sorry to hear about that. Does your NOC fall under the category of NOC under federal self employed? All the 33 NOC eligible under this stream starts with 5...

It was explicitly stated on CIC website. Only 33 NOC (which all of them starts with 5...) are eligible.

Please make sure your NOC is eligible before making any payment to any consultant

You may be self employed , but does your experience fall into the NOC for federal self employment.. Make sure of this fact

I didn't get a pre-arrival letter, but I used my medical request to join all the pre-arrival services (Next stop canada, ACCES Employment..etc).
Is there a way to appeal because as I have said I didn't explain myself well on the phone interview, instead of stating my NOC 0124 (Marketing manager), I said marketing consultant. I have proven in the documents that I have been selfemployed in the past 5 years working as a publisher with Google Adsense and also teaching people how to work online on Udemy, Youtube, Instagram ..etc
The officer wasn't convinced that your occupation (and self employment experience) came from the art/cultural field, which is the requirement for the self employed persons program coz it's not just Self-employment but "Self-employment in cultural activities or athletics"

Unless you are now able to prove that, it is unlikely that your appeal will be successful.

Marketing NOCs are not eligible under self employment. Your NOC must be in arts, culture, recreation or sport. Just because you are self employed doesn’t make you eligible under this pathway. You should have applied under Express Entry with your education and self employed experience in marketing.

To be honest, it sounds like a misunderstanding, so defo worth a shot to appeal. Hope all goes well with the consultation. Good luck!

AOR Received.
12-08-1988
I have proven that I was a self-employed for the past 5 years, but I guess I didn't explain it well on the interview this morning because I was just waking up. I don't know if there is a way to contact IRCC
Sorry to hear about it, I was also confused about your NOC and asked you several times if it falls under Self employed or not.? but when you told me about the medical request and pre arrival I took it as a positive sign and motivated myself.

actually, you have mentioned the wrong NOC there is no marketing NOC instead you should have applied under 5231 – Announcers and other broadcasters.
if you convince them you have mentioned the wrong NOC because you have submitted your CASE by yourself so you can hear good in the appeal.

well, you can contact this lawyer, someone suggested us from Canada.

Hi! Thanks for sharing and congratulations
Did it state if it’s a temporary application number?
I also got a temporary application number this morning. There was a AOR number in the email title, But It definitely is not a AOR.
So it means somebody gets AOR, others get temporary AOR?
