Okay, so good news and not good news and weird news:
Prior info:
Application received: 16 Sept. 2019
AOR & request for biometrics: 17 Oct. 2019
Good news: 18 Oct. 2021 we received request for medical evaluation, which I think is one of the last steps in the process.
Not good news: There is only one doctor anywhere remotely close who can do those medical evaluations, and she is pretty booked up, so the nearest appointment we could get was on 16 Nov. 2021. This is within 30 days of receiving the request for the medical evaluation, but it's my guess that she won't submit the paperwork for a few days.
Are we okay? Should we send a message to IRCC to let them know when we are taking the medical exam and that it might be received a little late by them?
And--this is the weird news--I can no longer login to my account. It takes me to the login page, it processes the login, you have the splash page that says "you're logged in, you can change password etc," I click "continue" and then it takes me to the generic immigration page and tells me that I am not logged in. I did get my challenge question wrong 2x in a row (unfortunately). Has this happened to anyone else? I've tried three computers and four separate browsers and none of them work any longer.
How do you send a message to IRCC if you can't login to your account? Is this related to getting the challenge question wrong? How do I fix this?
