noc 5244 Hand embroidery.. Documents required to prove your business deals.. Registration of business.. Books of accounts.. Reciepts. invoices and payment vouchers, tax filing etc.. client letter, brochure etc Do you need anything else

my processing time is also so long and disappointing
11 weeks to the end of the timeline
but still no news
when i check my application status:
we received your application on June 8,2018
we sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt august 2,2018
we started processing on august 2,2018
when i check my GCKey
application status is:
we’re processing your application.we will send you a massage there is an update or we need more information from you.
make sure you read your massages and take action when we ask you to.
Can I check if you have done your Biometrics? Also, which country you apply from?

**I have received my AOR on Feb 2019. After I got my UCI number, the status was states “In Process”. Then after given biometrics, status turned to "Application Received". It is just last week I found status changed to "In Process" again. Bit confused on this back & forth changes.
** As we know, processing time has been reduced to 21 months currently. But when I applied, processing time was 25 months. My concern is, new processing time is applicable for the new applicant or for all who already been applied.
