Not at all, and didn't want to be mean or something - I appreciate you're trying to help!
What I meant is that your answers wasn't "enough precise" regarding my questions.
Let's try to explain myself - sorry for the long message - and you know, english is not my native.
For example, you're saying that I have to put "Self employed income or any other you have" at the line Asset - Business in IMM0008 Schedule 6A. What do you mean by any other asset I have ? I mean, the whole page is about Asset so I have understood that I will have to list all my asset, but I was asking specifically about the Business line. And the fact I was wondering if I should list my self employed income at that specific line was because I may think this line is about "big business" like a "real" company / corporation or something, you see ... ? Because if I should actually list my self employed income here, what means the column "% owned" or "current book value (net assets)" -> this is something I've never heard about as self employed...
Or, my question regarding the english proficiency in IMM0008 Schedule 6A was more about : if I haven't passed the IELTS, should I leave this part blank or fill only the french proficiency part ? What about leaving a blank part.... ?
Or Accumulation of funds in IMM0008 Schedule 6A - my question is more about how do we know what period of income we should list here, when to stop ? I mean, a lot of people save money on savings every day, and sometime you take money from your savings, then you put some back, etc... How to know if I need to list the income I had in 2012 for example, and not 2011 and before ? Should we give a precise list of all our yearly income since we've started to work in our life - because somehow, this money on our savings come from the income we got in the past...but everything is "mixed" together. Well - this one is very tricky to understand in my mind... and I don't want to make any mistake here which may delay my application - I am in a very difficult situation.
Or my country of residence in IMM0008, I obviously know that it is Canada, my question was more about - should I put the date of the first time I've landed in Canada (August 2015 - holder of WHV) or the date of start of my current status in Canada (August 2017 - OWP / Spouse's CWP). In term of immigration documents, sometimes that kind of details/subtlety have importance.
Hope I'm clear - and thanks again!

I meant : should we kind of self-evaluate ourself here ? It's not actually about points, I have enough points, but it's just about answering all questions asked...'Evasive' as in this meaning ->"tending to avoid commitment or self-revelation, especially by responding only indirectly."?
I really hope that's not what you mean.
Yes you are right about official language, I just checked again. This means you can use your TEF. So what seems to be the issue? If you have not taken IELTS then unfortunately you cannot claim any points for English proficiency as the result is your proof. Except you want to say you are proficient then explain in your LOE that you just didnt take the IELTS but you communicate in English. The outcome of that is at the discretion of the visa officer I guess.
