Don't think anyone has any details about this. I imagine it would be something like the citizenship test where you get recorded cutting your pr card, reciting the oath, etc...
Would be a good idea to submit and ATIP request for this topic.

IMHO, it's one of those nice-to-have things. Pardon my cynicism but it sounds more like a PR exercise for the ministry. I don't see it happening any time soon.

it is req to clear backlog as many people from 2019/20 are just waiting for oath. As we could see available online oath spots seems less.
