self-addressed, pre-paid envelope for PR Visa

Trying to plan ahead of time so I can act quickly - I was told that once you get your application approved and they require you to send passport for the PR Visa- they would request for self-addressed, pre-paid envelope.

Question: I live in Toronto and I think the processing office is in Ottawa. For the self-addressed envelope, would the Small, Regional XpressPost be sufficient? Do I need the medium one? I assume Regional would be okay if they are in Ottawa

Anybody have experience with the self-addressed envelope for in-land application in Ontario?

That's absolutely fine. Make sure small prepaid return envelope fits inside with your passport/photos. I used large/medium if I remember.

Thanks! ... what do they send back with the prepaid self-addressed envelope? Anything else other than passport?
