Hi, my experience so far has been of institutional sales manager in India. I have been handling all key Govt institutions for their tender and rate contract business. my main duties are :
- Collaborate with Institution team Business Units to develop focused account plan. Identify specific tactics
with agreed upon timelines
- Monitor product mix performance and implement corrective measures where necessary
- Provide strategic insights to brand teams ; contribute to brand strategy for accounts
- Work with BU brand teams to work out marketing initiatives for key brands at focus accounts
- Produce monthly forecast , win-loss analytics for divisional products across key hospitals in
co-ordination with Institution team
- Work effectively across the entire organization; leverage all available organizational resources,
including market access, finance, business intelligence, medical, sales and marketing to ensure
seamless flow of information at HO and field levels
- Liaise with Institution team, BU, regulatory; Finance to manage price approvals ; necessary
documentation to make products available in hospital formulary
- Help in creating unique market access stories for key brands in order for them to
have competitive advantage in the market
- Work with Institution ; Generics team in order to carve out a hospital strategy for Generics
business
