Hello everyone,

I am wondering when a seized passport is handed over again to a refugee applicant in both cases; whether he/she is refused or accepted.

Cheers!

:'( :'( :'( same with me but inquired from my lawyer and he says not to worry about it . the original letter for AIP would have stated what ones requirements were for one to pass stage 2. if the passport was not waived then at this point they would expect you to have it renewed is what he said to me, otherwise they would never return the passport to you if you are to be removed. figures crossed it well. will keep you posted

If deported, you will be given the passport at the gate on an international flight.

If accepted then you will get it with your PR card.
If regected then when deported

Unfortunately even if they give it back, you can't travel with it & you can't renew it
So it's useless
